• Your name and email.
• Your delivery address, when we need it.
• What you ordered.
• Anything you tell us in the "why them" box.
• Photos you upload for a candle, which we keep until 90 days after delivery and then delete.
• For The last round, where we meet and, if you agree to a podcast, the recording.

• To fulfil your order (contract).
• To answer your questions (legitimate interests).
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation).

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

We show the names of public figures and the number of reservations for each. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in running the service, and we only list people with a genuine public profile. We don't publish photos, contact details, or anything about the people on the board beyond their name and a one-word description.

You have the right to object. Use our removal page and we'll take the name down.

• Order records for 6 years for tax reasons.
• Pre-order reservations until they are fulfilled or cancelled, then 6 years.
• Removal requests for 2 years so we can show we acted on them.
